the system I used to have (prior to launching this in december 2024) when getting a recommendation was to 1) send an email to myself to not forget 2) at some point go through my inbox (you can see the real-time status of my inbox here) and take those links and copy them to a folder 3) stare at the folder, thinking that maybe I'll come to these at a later time.

I sometimes do come back to that folder, but there's also 1733 items in there now and if 50% are 2 hour movies and I watch 8 hour of movies per day that would still be almost a year of content. anyway none of this makes sense.

so yeah, I want to try this new system (the one you're on now). instead of self-emailing and storing away, I will add them here. maybe you can enjoy them too! or I will at some point. but at least, my inbox won't grow as much. maybe. who knows.
